in Prague, section C, insert 365511), declares
that it collects and processes personal data in
accordance with applicable Czech and EU
legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) No.
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the
Council on the protection of individuals with
regard to the processing of personal data and on
the free movement of such data and repealing
Directive 95 / 46 / EC (General Data Protection
Regulation).

transparent manner and only adequate, relevant
and necessary data in relation to the purpose of

company RADOLI Investments sro collects and
processes OÚ in connection with the subject of
business, which means in particular the
mediation of purchase and sale of real estate
abroad and the provision of related services (Production,
trade and services not listed in Annexes 1 to 3
of the Trade Act). RADOLI Investments is
authorized / obliged to process OU for the
following reasons:

processing is necessary for the fulfillment of
the contract to which the data subject is a
party,

processing is necessary for fulfillment of the
legal obligation applicable to RADOLI
Investments,

processing is necessary for the purposes of
authorized interests of RADOLI Investmentsu,
- the data
subject has given his consent to the processing
of his POs for one or more specific purposes.
In connection with the activities of RADOLI Investments (hereinafter referred to as “RADOLI Investments”) and with regard to the purpose of processing OU, the category of OU concerned, the category of OU beneficiaries and the processing time of OU, RADOLI Investments distinguishes below Investments are collected and further processed. For each data subject, RADOLI Investments provides relevant information from the point of view of personal data processing.
Client "Contracting Party" means a person who, through RADOLI Investments, has implemented, is implementing or is about to implement a business case, such as the purchase or sale of real estate.
"Applicant" means a person who has expressed an interest in realizing a business case through RADOLI Investments, such as the purchase or sale of real estate. These are usually people who require more information about real estate, transaction conditions and RADOLI Investments services. These are also persons who request real estate inspection from RADOLI Investments and mediation of negotiations with a future contractual counterparty.
E-mail newsletter "subscriber" means a person who has actively subscribed to the RADOLI Investments e-mail newsletter.
I give

validity of my consent according to this
statement is only possible with my previous

RADOLI
Investments collects and processes information
and documents containing OÚ in paper and
electronic form. Only authorized persons have
access to the CA. RADOLI Investments handles
personal data in such a way as to ensure the
security of the Office against unauthorized or
unlawful processing and against loss,
destruction and damage.
RADOLI
Investments has adopted an internal security
directive and a directive on personal data
protection. The purpose of the DPO Directive is
to define and update the rules for the
processing of POs in a company pursuant to
Article 32 of the GDPR and to regulate the data
subject's rights of access to personal data
within
Personal data is processed directly by the Administrator (RADOLI Investments). The controller may entrust the processing of OÚ to another entity, eg IT service providers, law firms, accountants, etc. The administrator selects such processors and negotiates such conditions with them as to ensure the protection of the data subject's rights. At the request of the processor, the administrator does not relieve himself of the responsibility for processing the CA.

The
data subject (the person whose OC RADOLI
Investments collects and processes) has the
right to be informed by the controller about the
processing of his personal data. Data subjects
have the right to:
(a) the
right of access to personal data;
(b) the
right of rectification;
(c) the
right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
(d) the
right to restrict data processing;
(e) the
right to object to the processing; and
(f) the
right to complain about the processing of
personal data.
The right
of access means that the data subject may
request confirmation from the controller whether
or not personal data concerning the data subject
are being processed and, if so, for what
purposes, to what extent, to whom they are
disclosed, for how long. processed, whether the
subject has the right to correct, delete, limit
the processing or raise an objection from where
the controller obtained personal data and
whether there is an automatic decision-making,
including possible profiling, on the basis of
processing by the CA. The data subject has the
right to obtain a copy of his / her OC, with the
first provision being free of charge, and the
controller may request a reasonable
reimbursement of administrative costs for the
next provision.
The right
of rectification means that the data subject may
at any time request the controller to rectify or
supplement the CA if they are inaccurate or
incomplete.
The
right of erasure means that the controller must
erase the PO if (i) they are no longer needed
for the purposes for which they were collected
or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is
unlawful, (iii) the data subject objects to the
processing and there are no overriding
legitimate reasons for processing, or (iv) it
imposes a legal obligation on the administrator.
The right
to restrict processing means that, until the
controller has resolved any disputes concerning
the processing of the data subject's CA, the
controller must restrict the processing of the
data subject's CA so that he can only impose
them and, where appropriate, use them to
determine, enforce or defend legal claims.
The right
to object means that the data subject may object
to the processing of the PO which the controller
processes for direct marketing purposes or for a
legitimate interest. If the subject objects to
processing for direct marketing purposes, the
data subject's POs will no longer be processed
for these purposes.
All
rights can be exercised by the data subject by
contacting RADOLI Investments at the e-mail
address info@radolireality.cz. The complaint can
be submitted to the supervisory authority, which
is the Office for Personal Data Protection
(www.uoou.cz).
These
principles of processing and protection of
personal data by RADOLI Investments sro are
effective as of April 13, 2022.
